Abstract
The paper introduces the development status of agricultural modernization in Henan Province,analyzes the necessity,potentials and difficulties in the low-carbon economic path of Henan agricultural modernization,and points out the development tendency and path of the agricultural modernization in Henan Province from the low-carbon economic perspective.
