Abstract

Teachers' professional development is a new,complicated educational hottopic.Based on the theoretical research and practice,the writer,as a teacher of fundamental education,focuses her attention to the core issue of Teachers' professional development and clarify the issue of teachers' professional development from four aspects: professional belief,professional diathesis,professional knowledge and professional skills.
