Abstract

Aim To compare and inspect the release behavior of the domestic Sustained-release tablets and imported Sustained-release tablets.Methods The basket method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 was used in this study.Results The release rate of the imported tablets was slower than that of the domestic tablets. The drug release behavior of the two tablets both fitted the zero order release.Conclusion There were some differences between the two kinds of sustained-release tablets in the properties and the rate of the release.
