Abstract
Useing 10 eggplant varieties as materials, the concentrations of 0,30,60,90,120,150,180mmol/L NaCl solution treatment were conducted. The seed germination and seedling stage physiological and biochemical indexes were observed and analyzed, comparison of different materials in salt tolerance was studied. The results showed that the salt tolerance at seed germination was sensitive than at seedling stage, but not exactly the same. The experiment also showed that low concentration of salt stress(≤90mmol/L)promoted seed germination and seedling growth to a certain extent, the high concentration of salt stress(120mmol/L)could inhibit seed germination and seedling growth of different degree.
