Abstract
The extraction of tea polyphenols was investigated with orthogonal test method. The results show that the optimum conditions for extracting tea polyphenols from green tea are as follows: (1) For productivity of tea polyphenols, extraction solvent is 95% alcohol solution, extraction time is 1.5 hours, extraction number with chloroform is 2 and extraction number with CH_3COOC_2H_5 is 1.(2) For content of tea polyphenols, extraction solvent is 95% alcohol solution, extraction time is 1.0 hours, extraction number with chloroform is 3 and extraction number with CH_3COOC_2H_5 is 3.The results has supplied with experimental basis for improving extiaction method of tea polyphenols.
