Abstract

Since the reform and open-up, people's moral concepts, moral ideals and faiths, and standards of good and evil have all been challenged and impacted, with the shunting from planned economy to market economy and the gradual establishment of socialism market system. Moral education of colleges and universities are confronted with four difficulties: 1) the impact on moral educations of colleges and universities by western culture, 2) the impact on moral educations of colleges and universities by network culture, 3) the problems existing in the moral education itself, and 4) the warps of people's understanding of the moral education. All above have forced moral education of colleges and universities to confront the challenges in order to seek survival and development.
