Abstract
The rural community library, which is the cultural center of the rural community, possesses great promoting function for the political, economic and cultural development of the rural community. However the whole society especially the governments at all levels don't attach great attention to its importance. Therefore, strengthening the construction of the rural community library is very necessary and urgent.
