Abstract
This paper introduces a buried pipeline integrity inspection method based on risk analysis,and gives one application on underground oil pipeline in harsh surroundings.Through gathering,reviewing and integrating the pipeline data,a special integrity inspection is made of the pipeline on the base of risk assessment.After inspection,the assessment is given and some mitigation measures has been planed or completed.It has been proved that the pipeline integrity inspection can improve pipeline safety and cut the operation cost.
