Abstract

The logistics talents are listed as one of 12 categories talent shortage.The logistics management in colleges and universities is in a strong development momentum to respond to the needs of the community.The practice pattern of logistics management specialty is a commonly concerned hot issue in recent years and shows diverse characteristics.It exists not only the defect in understanding but also inadequate measure.This paper analyzes the practice mode of the logistics management in colleges and universities and puts forward improvement strategies.
