Abstract
This article demonstrates the origin,characteristics and current condition of Naxi ancient music.Meanwhile,it analyzes the transformation of a contradiction between traditional musical culture and economic growth.Therefore,the synchronism of protecting traditional musical culture and developing economic should be put on emphasis.
