This article discusses Han Yu's serious writing attitude and creative spirit from the origin and development of his Zeng Xu Wen. The author focuses on its truth in content, variety in form, flexibility in description and forthermore simplicity and creativeness in words so that he turns Zeng Xu Wen into a form of literary prose with unique and aesthetic value.
