Progress of application of plant growth regulators in turf

Abstract
Recently,plant growth regulators,which have been widely used in planting trade,are increasingly being used in turfgrass,and have got some gains.This paper comprehensively summarized the effects of plant growth regulators on turfgrass growth,resistance and weeds.It had discussed that plant growth regulators could effectively control the growth of turfgrass,increase the tillering number and improve the resistance of turfgrass to some extent.
