Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of Yinxingdamo Injection combined with ganglioside for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Fourth People's Hospital of Wenling City in Zhejiang Province from March 2011 to May 2013 were selected and randomly assigned into general group and combined group to receive treatment of ganglioside alone and joint treatment of Yinxingdamo Injection on the basis of treatment of general group, respectively. The neural function defect score, blood hemorheology indexes, and adverse reactions of treatment of patients in both groups were compared. Results The curative effects of combined group were superior to those of general group with neural function defect score of(9.78±4.69) points, significantly lower than that of general group(χ2=10.557, P 0.05). The effective rate of 76.00% in general group was lower than 96.00% in combined group after treatment(P 0.05). The whole blood low shear viscosity [(5.3±0.3) mPa·s], the whole blood high shear viscosity [(10.4±1.4)mPa·s], and plasma specific viscosity [(1.5±0.2) mPa·s] of patients in combined group were significantly lower than those of general group(t = 4.523, 5.051, 4.221, all P 0.05). The adverse reactions of patients in both groups were less. Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction, Yinxingdamo Injection combined with ganglioside can effectively reduce the blood viscosity, has lower incidence of adverse complications, has remarkable and definite clinical effect, and is worthy of promotion and application.
