Abstract
The profit distribution model of the virtual alliance is built from the point of the profit of the dominant enterprise. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the dominant enterprise and its members,we seek the appropriate profit distribution model and propose the management strategy of different allies. To the general allies, the profit could be accomplished by means of increasing marketing price, even by marketing purchasing. While to the important allies, the profit could be distributed by means of negotiations based on the Nash model. Thus we can make the ally enterprises which pursue only their own profits achieve the unanimity with the dominant enterprise, which can make the resources of the virtual alliance allocate best.
