Abstract
In the paper the authors made a research on the preparation of nano-powders by the sol-gel method.The structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction,TG-DTA testing techniques and ultraviolet visible absorption spectra.And the variation of particle diameters and structures at various temperatures were analyzed.
