Abstract
The expressive levels of thymidine phosphorylase in colorectal cancer tissues among patients who administrated capecitabine and did not administrated capecitabine were examined by ELISA technicque for evaluating the efficacy of capecitabing. The expressive levels of thymidine phophorylase in colorectal cancer tissues among the patients who administrated capecitabing were higher by 2.59 folds than those among the patients who did not administrated capecibine. In conclusion, the expression levels of thymidine phosphoryseal may be a marker for evaluating efficacy of capecitabine.
