Abstract
Aiming at the characteristics of a large amount of system programs and real-time storage of a great deal of data for a long time, while the small capacity storage of current embedded system can not meet the requirements, the solution of combining big page NAND FLASH with YAFFS2 file system is put forward based on the characteristics of FLASH which can repeatedly erase and permanently preserve data. The problem of the system′s mass storage is solved satisfactoryly by the transplantation of the Bootloader and embedded Linux kernel, and the establishment of YAFFS2 file system. The results verify the feasibility of the program.
