Abstract
Dyeing performances for exhaustion and fixation of eco friendly BS-RRtype trichromatic reactive dyes are studied,and the dyeing characteristic parameters of substantivity(S),exhaustion(E),fixation(F) and reaction(R) are calculated.Influences of dosages of electrolyte and alkali,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and bath ratio on color yield and fixation are discussed.The results show that BS-RRtype trichromatic reactive dyes feature good compatibility and high dye migration index(MI),which can realize right first time dyeing.This set of reactive dyes is suitable for low liquor ratio dyeing,and is economical and ecological.
