On the Construction of the Service-oriented Government from the Perspective of Public Governance

Service-oriented government is a moral choice based on the traditional major reform of the administrative system,which is not only a new concept of public governance,but also a new mode of governance.Service-oriented government contains people-centered and governing for the people,public services and market-oriented management philosophy of limited government.Vision in public management theory, through the separation of powers to speed up reform,fostering the development of civil society,the transformation of government functions to enhance the implementation of,and promote the realization of e-government channels, such as service-oriented government,so that the construction of a service-oriented government is gradually moving towards the development of public governance.This will be the management of our government an innovative way to put the Government's management services,to better grass-roots level,enterprises and social services to the public.
