Abstract
The higher computer education faces challenge under new situation.The talent training goals of ordinary institutes should be pluralized according to social demands and the differences of students.This paper provides method for raising the high quality application computer talented person,to discuss aspects of teaching method,classroom interaction,experimental teaching,to explore the educational model reform in application talented person raising.
