Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of early enteral nutritional support in acute severe pancreatitis patients. Methods: 180 acute severe patients were randomly divided into three groups: early entera1 nutrition,entera1 nutrition and parenteral nutrition. In different period, these patients' clinicalant biochemical indicators were observed. Results: The enteral nutrition was better than parenteral nutrition, and early enteral nutrition was better than EN.Conclusion: Enteral nutrition is an effective way to cure acute severe pancreatitis, and it should be started as earlier as possible.
