Abstract

H-beam blank continuous casting technology was reviewed in this paper.The key equipment and technology for H-beam blank continuous casting were introduced.The processing characteristics,the development process and current situation of H-beam blank continuous casting at home and abroad were summarized.The existing quality defects and its affecting factors for H-beam blank continuous casting were analyzed,and some suggestion methods were given to improve the quality of H-beam blank.This paper may provide reference for scientific studies and productions in H-beam blank continuous casting area.
