Analysis of Influential Factors of Port Throughput

Abstract

Starting from the current situation of port construction in China,this paper puts forwards five important factors which influence port′s throughput,i.e.geological location,economy of the hinterland,policy circumstances,port capacity,and collecting dispatching system,with exposition on every factor′s meaning and function.Based on the analysis of port throughput of Dalian,Tianjin,and Qingdao port,concrete measures and suggestions for the development of the three ports are given.
