Abstract
With the field experiment, the effects of different plant densities on yield and the photosynthesis characteristics and of yield high-oil maize HE-2 in late grain filling stage were studied. The results indicated that high-oil maize could keep much more leaf area and net photosynthetic rate. The leaf area, chlorophyll content of leaf, rate of photosynthesis and fluorescence parameters were decreased with increasing of plant density.Grain yield was increased with density increase in range 37 500-52 500 plants/ha,but it was decreased with density increased with density increase in range 52 500-75 000 plants/ha.The density with the highest yield was 6 679.80 kg/ha.
