Abstract

The Chemical components of the essential oil from Piperlongum L were analyzed by GC-MS,and the essential oil chemical composition was extracted by solid phase microextraction.,115 components were separated and identified 81 components by GC-MS.The amount of the components of the f essential oil chemical composition were determined by normalization method and 97.83% of the total the essential oil chemical composition.The main chemical components are alpha-humulene(4.44%)、Cyclododecane、alpha-curcumene(4.94%)、germacrene-d(5.67%)、pentadecane(12.30%)、beta-Bisabolene(6.20%)、Heptadec-8-ene(6.66%)、8-Heptadecene(9.29%)、Heptadecane(9.07%) and so on compound.
