Abstract
Dynamic energy consumption simulation is made on typical residential building of five representative cities in hot summer and cold winter area using building energy consumption simulation Toolkit DeST-h developed by Tsinghua University, and analyses the variation rule between heat transfer coefficient-k of different kinds of external wall structure and building energy consumption. It is indicated by study that there is strong positive linear correlation between heat transfer coefficient of external wall and annual electricity consumption in hot summer and cold winter area.
