On the Development and Management of Digital Resources Collection of College Libraries

Analyzing the current situation of the construction and the use of digital resources of college libraries,the paper discusses the approaches to constructing the digital resources system: digitalizing library resources collection,enhancing digital data construction,and developing network information resources,and then presents such measures as establishing periodical department of library digital resources collection,improving librarians' information service ability,restructuring digital information resources,improving readers' ability to use the collection of digital resources,and innovating the use and management of the digital resources collection.
