Abstract
[Objective]This research aimed to make out the genetic differences between different Camellia cultivars from genome level.[Method]With 15 random primers, genetic relationships among 14 Camellia cultivars(11 domestic cultivars and 3 foreign cultivars) were investigated by RAPD molecular marker.[Result]The results showed that,111 bands were amplified in 14 Camellia cultivars, each primer 7.4 bands, and the genetic polymorphic bands were 82,occupied 73.9% of the total amplified products.Genetic distance among 14 samples ranged from 0.269 8 to 0.470 9.Dendrograms indicated that 2 groups were produced at the similarity coefficient of 0.64,with sample MeiGL and HaiYX isolated respectively, samples HeDH,HuaHL,DaJX clustered together while the rest 9 samples clustered together.[Conclusion]This research could provide references for the variety identification, scientific classification, molecular breeding of Camellia cultivars.
