Problems and Tactics of Digital Management about Manufacturing Enterprise

Digital management is the main body of digital enterprise.On the basis of studying the information management status of manufacturing enterprise,this paper points out that incomplete-information management is the main problem for enterprise information management currently.The differences between information management and digital management is studied.The paper puts forward that the complete-information management is the foundation of digital management and the integrated business management systems based on ERP(enterprise resources planning),PDM(product data management) and SCM(supply chain management) are the supporting one of digital management.The object,contents and tactics as well as key technologies of digital management are also discussed.
