Abstract
This paper studied the blood-activating and stasis-eliminating effects of Rhizoma Curcumae's different extracts by platelet aggregation in vivo,rat blood stasis model's hemorrheological properties and blood coagulation.The platelet aggregation determinating method,hemorrheological properties determinating method and mice blood coagulation method were used to observe the blood-activating and stasis-eliminating effects of Rhizoma Curcumae ingredients.Results:The Rhizoma Curcumae's different extracts all have some effects on inhibiting platelet aggregation,anticoagulation and improving the hemorrheological parameters.Among all of them,Ethyl Acetate and chloroform are most bioactive.The curcumins in Rhizoma Curcumae are its main bioactive ingredients of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating.
