Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on knee osteoarthritis by intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate.Methods Eighty patients with osteoarthritis of knee joints were randomly divided into two groups: comprehensive treatment group received the injection of sodium hyaluronate through routine knee joint puncture,functional exercise,ultra-red ray physiotherapy and mental nursing;control group only received the injection.After 4 weeks' treatment,Lysholm score of knee joint were analyzed.Results The improvement of knee joint function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve the function of knee joint,which is an effective therapeutic method for osteoarthritis.
