TCM diagnosis and discuss on chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To definite the syndromes' description of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD),we made a statistic analysis on 266 items of CPHD,diagnosed in the years of 2008-2013.Methods A investigating paper was designed for collecting raw information of CPHD syndromes' symptom characters and disease descriptions.Data was analyzed by spss 16.0 program of logistic regression,description and cluster analysis.Results The 8 basic syndromes of CPHD were figured out,included qi deficiency of lung and kidney syndrome,phlegm-dampness syndrome,heat phlegm stagnating the lung syndrome,yin deficiency of lung and kidney syndrome,yang deficiency edema syndrome,damp phlegm stagnating the lung syndrome,yang collapsing syndrome and flood stagnating due to qi deficiency syndrome.And six of them can be described as main syndrome of CPHD,including phlegm-dampness syndrome,heat phlegm stagnating the lung syndrome,yin deficiency of lung and kidney syndrome,yang deficiency edema syndrome,damp phlegm stagnating the lung syndrome and yang collapsing syndrome.Conclusion Through the description and cluster analysis,syndromes' primary symptoms and minor symptoms were figured out.And our research set basic of golden rules for diagnosing CPHD.
