Analysis on X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry Manganese Mine

Abstract

X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for analysis of SiO2,CaO,MgO,Al2O3,TiO2,P2O5,MnO,BaO,Fe2O3 in manganese mine was set up.The sample powder was prepared into a fused glass bead by Li2B4O7.Certified reference materials and synthetic standards were served to make the calibration curve.The determination results for certified reference materials agree well with certified values and the precision is also good,and they all fully satisfy the requirements of test and analysis.
