Abstract

A novel caviti glass sealant-RTV silicone rubber relea acetone structural sealant and Thiokol rubber(TR) sealant was studied in the this paper. The preparation and application were introduced and the differences of manufacturing process and properties of them were discussed and compared, further more the performance improving methods of two sealants were brought forward in the paper.
