Abstract
After a carburetor vehicle is replace by gasoline/CNG(Compressed Natural Gas),the weight of vehiele increases 55 kg,output power reduces 19%.CO emission increases 25.6 times and HC decreases 28% compared to original vehicle,so com- bustion system should be adjusted accordingly, otherwise advantages of CNG vehicle can not be achieved completely. It may cause cylinder-knocking and more residual exhausting gas if gasoline is used again after adjustment,so bi-fuel vehicle is modified into mono-fuel CNG vehicle to shorten period of gasoline/CNG bi-fuel vehicle and step up construction of CNG gas station.
