Abstract
Aiming at the problem of coal slurry treatment in coal separation plants, the affects of sedimentation are studied about stir intensity, flocculant quantity,PAM molecular weight, coal slurry concentration and ζ potential to subsidence effect by flocculation and sedimentation test of coal slurry from several coal separation plants. The result shows that, under the condition that the concentration of coal slurry is 80 g/L,the proportion of PAM and dry coal slurry is 1∶10 000,the speed of the stirrer is 300~400 r/min,the tests reach the best effect. And the mechanism of coal slurry flocculation is also discussed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
