Abstract
On the basis of questionnaire survey,this paper starts from the housing rental of Urumqi.And by the comprehensive analysis of it,the purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between sale-rental ratio and return approach,the impact of the former on the latter.Finally,it also analyses the reason why sale-rental ratio comes into existence and takes some measures to cope with it.
