Allegorical Confucius and the topic of Zhuang Zi′s philosophy

In Zhuang Zi, Confucius has three kinds of images: First kind of Confucius is just about the object that Zhuang Zi wants to criticize. Being absorbed in common customs and utility, Confucius could not deal with numerous puzzles. Therefore, he has to change his formerly life style. After spiritual transformation, Confucius has become the prolocutor of Zhuang Zi′s philosophy. He not only understands the nature of human being and Dao, but masters the method and way of regressing them. Although Confucius is the leading actor of many allegories in Zhuang Zi, we could not consider it the Confucian works. In fact, Zhuang Zi just wants to explain its thoughts by dint of the allegorical Confucius, i.e. only regressing nature and Dao can human being leads an ideal life.
