Abstract

To investigate the effects of LPS on the proliferation DNA synthesis NO production and iNOS expression of VSMC MTT method 3 H-TdR incorporation spectrophotometer measurement and immunohistochem- istry method were used The results suggested that LPS could inhibit the proliferation and DNA synthesis of VSMC which was probably realized by the iNOS-NO-cGMP pathway
