Abstract

The evolutionary view of strategic management is an important scool in the field of study on strategic management. Since 1980s, it has made great progress and configured the more perfect theory framework. This has mainly been attributed to three kinds of theories: the evolutionary economics, the biology, and the developing theory of strategic management.
