Abstract
A culture experiment which taking Huayu33 as test material was conducted to investigate different Mg application Amount on membrane lipid peroxidation and activities of protective enzymes of peanut. The results indicated that malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline(Pro)significantly rose under the stress of Mg deficiency, the produced active oxygen leaded to a temporary increase of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities. The content of MDA was decreased and the activity of SOD,POD,CAT was improved with reasonable application of Mg,that could improve capacity and physiological activity of peanut leaves and retard the senescence. The activity of POD changed slightly under different Mg applications.SOD and CAT were the dominant enzymes that clean active oxygen after 70 days of emergence.
