Abstract

2,4-Dichloroacetophen was synthesized with 1,3-dichlorobenzene as raw material and acetic anhydride as reagent of acylation. The factors that have influence on the action were investigated. The results showed that the optimal condition were molar ratio of 1,3-dichlorobenzene to acetic anhydride 2∶1 and the temperature around 50℃(up 60℃) of adding acetic anhydride slow, keeping 15~20 minutes then the temperature is going up to 90~95 ℃beating up about 2.5 hours; The yield of 2,4-dichloroacetophen such conditions was about 81.8%.
