Study on Life Cycle Risk Management of Design-Build Contract

This paper mainly analyzes the content and key points of contractor's risk management during the project tracking stage,tendering and contract negotiation stage,project implementation stage and defects liability stage in the design-build contract. Compared with the traditional contract,the main task of the design-build contractor risk management is the design management. The design-builder should set up the risk management idea of life-cycle con-centration,all-worker involvement and all-aspect implementation to ensure the performance of the risk management.
