Abstract

No matter in advanced or developing country,the problem of continuousable development is being paid more and more attention to.West area provide a ecological defence for the state,its' problem of continuousable development not only corcern the smooth development of economic siciety of west area,but also concern the continuous and stable development of economic society of the whole state.
