On the Transparent Government and Its Realization——Comments on the Implementation of "Governmental Information Disclosure Regulations"

As a state of social governance,transparency must be the duty of government departments.The government decision-making and procedures must be open and transparent.These can be explained from the perspective of principal-agent and the theory of discourse of post-modern.Construction of China's transparency in local government at all levels is constantly exploring and step-by-step forward.The implementation of Governmental Information Disclosure provides a legal basis for the operation of transparency Government.However,the implementation of the regulations need lots of efforts.
