Abstract
This thesis serves the 16 women’ s long jump athlete in National Track and Field Racing at yixing as study specimen.The thesis studies on the kinematic characteristics of the swing action of the first grade jumper,reveals the characteristics of variety,range and relation and evaluates the specialty of technique.
