In accordance with the law governing the horizon right of community policing research

The community policing strategy not only conforms to China's police tradition,fit our national conditions,but also complies with the development trend of World Police. The proper setting of community police power is the core to guarantee the long-term development of the community policing strategy. Through a comparative study of domestic and foreign community police power,for our existing deficiencies,put forward ideas to improve the community police duties,and achieve the power expansion,; strengthening the police cooperation,to achieve power integration; allocation of social resources,the transfer of part of right.
