Abstract

Metropolitan Coordinating Region is a new phenomenon based on world's urbanization.It is the higher stage of cities.Taking central city as a key point,this article discusses the development of Metropolitan Coordinating Region led by the central city based on the existing researches.According to the function of central cities,this article studies how central city organizes and controls the development of Metropolitan Coordinating Region.
