On the Accomplishment of Property Right System in Our Country's Private Education

Abstract
The key factors which hinder the private education development are that the property right system in it has yet been built presently;the legislation pays too much attention to the public welfare of private education,while it ignores the economic factor in property right system.The paper,through the research and analysis of property right system in our country's private education,puts forward five mechanism,exit,liability,trade,assignment,and supervisory mechanism to help the private education embark on the sustainable development road.
