Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of evisceration after ocular trauma and the features of first-stage hydroxyapatite(HA) orbital implantation.Methods Patients analysis and follow-up observations.Results The causes of 27 cases undertaken evisceration of eyeball were:severe eyeball rupture 3 cases,endophthalmitis 10,complications ocular trauma 14.From the view of asepsis,operations were clisificated into contaminative,infective,aseptic surgeries.Conclusion Causes of evisceration of eyeball after ocular trauma were sever eyeball rupture,endophthalmitis and complications of ocular trauma.The surgeries of rirst-stage HA implantation were divided into contaminative,infective,asepic three different classes.
